Using trademarked names in your Item Tags is Not Allowed.
Rather than use tags for the required or supported application that your item is intended for you should use the attribute "Applications Supported" when uploading your item. This attribute will allow subscribers to find items that support certain applications such as Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator.
You can use trademarked names in your Item Description or Title to describe what your file actually is.
For example, you can title your item "Glitch Effect Photoshop Action" or describe that your file is intended for use in Sketch or Photoshop CC.
You cannot use trademarked names as titles or tags when describing what the item is like or similar to as listed in the following examples:
- A vector silhouette of people dancing may not use the term Apple.
- An mp3 player design may not use the term iPod.
- A race car game design may not use the name of an actual car like Ferrari or Jeep.
- You may not use terms such as iPod-like, Twitter-like, or Adobe-like etc.
